  • Google Sign-In: If you use Google to authenticate, we receive your name and email address

3. How We Use Your Information

4. AI Training & Anonymized Data

Kaivo is an AI-powered platform and we continuously improve our models to provide better recommendations, insights, and outcomes for all users. To do this, we use anonymized and aggregated data derived from platform usage.

Ad Platforms

To run your campaigns, we transmit necessary campaign data (targeting parameters, creative assets, budget information) to the Ad Platforms you have authorized. Each Ad Platform processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kaivo, our users, or the public.
